Employee Spotlight: Andy Westfall

Andy began his career with Key Equipment in 2009, and his biggest accomplishment has been meeting customer deadlines while also dealing with the parts shortages that have affected our industry for the last few years.

On an average day, Andy supports his team in solving customer maintenance problems, rebuilding used units, and scheduling work on incoming units. He also plays a huge role in supporting the sales team with customer installations and training and getting new units prepped for delivery. Donnie O’Dell, the Director of Service, is his biggest inspiration in our organization.

“Donnie is my go-to man. He has experience like no other. I want to be like him when I grow up.”

The most unique part of Andy’s day at Key Equipment is seeing his sweetheart: our Sales Manager is his wonderful wife, Katie Westfall! Outside of the job, Andy likes to work on his son’s race car and help with odd jobs around the house. When he’s not traveling with Katie and their four children, Andy likes to build the biggest bonfires in the neighborhood and tinker on his Dodge Dart race car.
