Key Equipment & Supply Company has been in service for six decades. We now operate three facilities in St. Louis, MO, Kansas City, KS, and Springfield, IL. Our management team oversees every facet of our business from service and parts, sales and rentals, customer relations, and day-to-day operations. We strive to bring the best service and quality equipment to our customers and maintain a strong, unified team of highly trained and motivated employees.

Steve Hyink
President/Refuse Specialist
Steve Hyink is the President/Refuse Specialist of Key Equipment and Quality Rents. He brings more than 40 years of experience in the environmental equipment industry.
Mike Vislay
Chief Executive Officer
As Chief Executive Officer at Key Equipment and Quality Rents, Mike Vislay has extensive experience in the environmental equipment industry. Mike is a hands-on leader who focuses on process and collaboration to build a team dedicated to customer service.
Aimee Huff
Chief Financial Officer
Aimee Huff is the Chief Financial Officer for Key Equipment and Quality Rents. She has over 15 years of accounting experience and a decade of dedicated service. As CFO, Aimee oversees the financial operations at our three locations in St. Louis (Bridgeton), Missouri, Kansas City, Kansas, and our newest facility in Springfield, Illinois.
Nicci Vislay
Rental Manager
Nicci Vislay joined Quality Rents in October 2020 and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations in rentals at all three locations.
Donnie O’Dell
Director of Service
As Director of Service, Donnie O’Dell oversees the Service Departments in all three of our locations. He brings with him over 30 years of experience.
Craig Frost
Service Manager St. Louis
As Service Manager at our St. Louis location, Craig Frost oversees all services and workspaces in the shop. He also helps maintain customer and manufacturer relations.
Andy Westfall
Service Manager KC
Andy Westfall is the Service Manager at our Kansas City location. He oversees all services and workspaces in the shop and maintains customer and manufacturer relations.
Justin Henton
Service Manager Springfield
As Service Manager at our Springfield location, Justin Henton oversees all services in the shop. He works closely with customers on equipment operation, care, and maintenance.
Blake Propp
Director of Parts
As Director of Parts, Blake Propp uses his experience to oversee the Parts Departments in St. Louis (Bridgeton), MO, Kansas City, KS, and Springfield, IL. He works closely with the Parts, Sales, and Service departments.
Kelly Lane
Branch Manager
As Branch Manager, Kelly Lane has over 30 years of experience working at Key Equipment & Supply Company. She collaborates daily with all three locations to help keep the offices running smoothly.

Sales Manager
Katie Westfall is the Sales Manager at Key Equipment working with all our Territory Managers, customers, and manufacturers.
