Employee Spotlight: Vince Deason

Vince is a Territory Manager for Western Kansas at Key Equipment. He has been with the company since July 29, 2013, and absolutely loves working here. “One of the things that I appreciate most about Key Equipment is the camaraderie of the team and the fact that everyone is willing to work together to reach common goals. The company is also very family oriented, which is important to me.”

As a Territory Manager, he enjoys working with a variety of people daily. He loves being able to help provide solutions to his customers’ problems and finds it rewarding to see the positive impact that he can have on their businesses.

Vince is also very grateful for Key’s management team, who inspires him and fellow Territory Managers to strive to meet and exceed their goals. “With their guidance and support, it feels like I can accomplish anything!”

Outside of work, Vince has been married to his wife, Christina, for 22 years. Both of their children are out of high school now, so in his spare time, he likes to build hot rods, go to the lake, and spend time with their grandchild (they are anticipating another one on the way!). Vincent feels very fortunate to work for such a great company and to have such a wonderful family.
